Role Overview

As a Lettings Assistant Manager, you will assist tenants in finding suitable properties, support landlords throughout the renting process from marketing to move-in, and provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved.

Reporting Line

You will report directly to the Branch Director.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily applicant interactions
  2. Conduct professional viewings
  3. Keep landlords informed of all matters
  4. Negotiate offers
  5. Collect deposits and tenancy monies
  6. Oversee tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
  7. Ensure legal compliance on offers
