As our Lettings Assistant, youll play a key role helping people in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas move into a good home. Working with our tenants and teams, you will deliver effective admin and coordinator support throughout lettings process - including the preparation, advertising and allocation of homes and supporting on the moving out process.

Youll help make sure tenants voices are heard and help us provide a great customer experience.Drawing on your skills and experience, youll contribute to the development of processes and policies that help us achieve our business objectives and KPIs as well as improving our service.
What were looking for

  • Experience in lettings services and administration, good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • A good knowledge of choice-based lettings systems and experience in working with those with identified vulnerabilities would be an advantage.
  • Provide administrative support to the successful installation of aids and adaptations within the Groups homes.
  • Willing to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, databases management.
  • Able to assist in the successful implementation of processes and systems to improve service delivery.
  • A good written and verbal communicator that can communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Qualifications
  • Good general standard of education
  • Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) associate or higher.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
  • Customer Service or IT qualification would be an advantage.
