Job description

As our Lettings Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping people in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas with the important journey of moving home and setting tenants up for success in their new homes! Working with colleagues, tenants, and teams, you will provide seamless coordination and support throughout the lettings process, including the preparation, advertising, and allocation of homes, as well as supporting the moving-out process.

What you’ll bring to our team

Proactive and organized, you’ll collaborate with our teams and external partners to solve problems and ensure our tenants are well-supported in their new homes. You’ll ensure tenants feel listened to and help us deliver an excellent customer experience.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you’ll contribute to developing processes and policies that help us meet our business objectives and KPIs while enhancing our service.

What we’re looking for

Experience in lettings services and administration, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to provide administrative support for the installation of aids and adaptations within the Group’s homes.

A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector.

Ability to assist in implementing processes and systems that improve service delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
