Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Area Manager to join us in East Kent.

The Lettings Area Manager role offers a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE: £70,000+ as well as a company car and generous staff benefits.

As a Lettings Area Manager, you will work alongside the Lettings Area Director, leading and overseeing management of all lettings branches and colleagues within your region. Your goal will be to meet and exceed performance and financial targets by driving engagement and collaboration among your teams.

This position provides an opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Lettings branch networks. It is an exciting time to join Countrywide.

Your role will involve:

• Coaching, developing, and effectively managing all employees to optimize performance across the board.
• Ensuring employee engagement is maximized through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimizing attrition, and driving retention of your teams.
• Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the region's performance against key financial indicators on the P&L and performance metrics to ensure income targets are met.
• Taking appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget.
• Growing market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience in building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Experience as a valued member of high-performing teams within a highly customer-centric service or retail industry.
• Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead significant change.

• High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure.
