We are now looking for a Lettings and Commercial Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Lettings and Commercial Manager, you will drive the commercial success of our school’s facilities.

Managing and maximising revenue from activities outside the core educational function, you will secure bookings, actively market our facilities, negotiate contracts and manage pricing, invoicing, budgets and payroll.

You will also oversee staff recruitment and scheduling while ensuring full regulatory compliance.


Additionally, you will:

  1. Establish and manage effective booking systems for all stakeholders
  2. Represent the school at industry events
  3. Maintain facility security and ensure prompt repairs and upkeep
  4. Provide exceptional customer service

About You

To be considered as our Lettings and Commercial Manager, you will need:

  1. Experience in facilities management, events co-ordination or a similar commercial role
  2. Strong marketing and sales skills, with experience in securing and managing bookings
  3. Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting
  4. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, safeguarding and insurance compliance
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  6. A high level of organisational and administrative ability
