Job Description

As a Lettings Advisor Apprentice, you will support our lettings team with administrative tasks. You will manage customer interactions throughout the lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for Bromford and our customers. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your skills and knowledge in the housing sector. You will be enrolled in a relevant apprenticeship program, earning qualifications in Housing and Property Management.

You will be involved in a variety of administrative tasks to develop your skills and knowledge. Once trained, you will serve as a point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external partners to manage lettings applications and support customers in moving to a suitable home.

Responsibilities

• Support with lettings-related administrative tasks, including preparing and managing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
• Assist with arranging property viewings and providing information to prospective tenants
• Maintain accurate records and data
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless lettings process
