A well-established property recruitment agency in London is hiring a proactive Lettings Administrator. The role involves managing the lettings process from valuation to move-in, focusing on customer relationships and supporting the Property Management team. Candidates should have residential lettings experience, proficiency in CRM systems, and a driving licence for essential viewings.
We are seeking a proactive and enterprising Lettings Administrator to join our lovely property client, helping manage the lettings process from valuation through to move-in and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
We seek an open-minded and curious candidate who strives to build relationships with everyone they work with and is keen to give their best to get the job done.
The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive, and fun workplace where taking ownership, teamwork, and positivity are valued. Being comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team is essential in this entrepreneurial-minded business.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in residential lettings, along with a basic understanding of lettings legislation and compliance, is essential. Proficiency in CRM/property management systems (e.g., Reapit, Sales & Lettings) is also required.
A full UK driving licence is necessary.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm. NB: 1 in 5 Saturdays (with a lieu day), and viewings out of hours may be required.
