Job description

We are seeking a proactive and enterprising Lettings Administrator to join our lovely property client, helping manage the lettings process from valuation through to move-in and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

We seek an open-minded and curious candidate who strives to build relationships with everyone they work with and is keen to give their best to get the job done.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive, and fun workplace where taking ownership, teamwork, and positivity are valued. Being comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team is essential in this entrepreneurial-minded business.

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in residential lettings, along with a basic understanding of lettings legislation and compliance, is essential. Proficiency in CRM/property management systems (e.g., Reapit, Sales & Lettings) is also required.

A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm. NB: 1 in 5 Saturdays (with a lieu day), and viewings out of hours may be required.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Assist with the production of photography, floorplans, and marketing materials.
  2. Attend photo shoots and help with staging.
  3. Assist with preparing property particulars and brochures.
  4. Manage diary and viewings.
  5. Assist with offer paperwork.
  6. Carry out viewings if necessary.
  7. Assist with raising deposit invoices and tenancy documents.
  8. Conduct pre-occupancy inspections and tenancy paperwork.
  9. Meet tenants on move-in day.
  10. Conduct tenancy reviews and maintain client relationships.
  11. Assist the Property Management team as needed.
  12. Liaise with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  13. Manage certifications and service schedules (e.g., GSCs, EICRs, EPCs, cleaning, key cutting).
