Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Patterns: Monday – Friday, with flexible hours and 1 day per week remote work if needed.

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Letting Administrator to join our Resident Contracts team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative process for new and existing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), tenant referencing, and rent collection.
  • Ensure a smooth move-in process, continuously seeking process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Complete Right to Rent and reference checks.
  • Create tenancy and license agreements, entering details into our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to facilitate a seamless customer journey.
  • Handle general accounting tasks, including uploading rent schedules and processing refunds.
  • Track incoming payments and allocate them to tenants, rectifying discrepancies.
  • Follow up on overdue payments to ensure rent is current.
  • Conduct credit and ID checks in compliance with legislation.
  • Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
  • Support the Resident Contracts Manager with new initiatives and process improvements.

Required Experience:

  • Previous lettings administration or similar experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong typing and document management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Proactive learner, adaptable to new systems, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
