Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator

Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator (Block Management) - Bromsgrove - up to £26k

My client is a long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several offices around the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. Due to increased lettings business, they are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their Block Management team based in Bromsgrove.

Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator Role:

  • Overseeing raising of Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices
  • Calculating and setting up monthly Direct Debits for customers
  • Overseeing chasing of outstanding debts in accordance with the lease
  • Calculating water, gas and electricity charges where necessary
  • Overseeing contractor invoices are being paid
  • Calculating and raising management fees for all sites
  • Calculating and handling all VAT registered sites.
  • Preparation of year end accounts
  • Calculating voids and dealing with Freeholder and Lessee queries
Skills Required:

  • Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • 1 - 2 years accounts experience
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch
