Job description

A Lesson Supervisor post in the team at Eckington School that covers the whole curriculum, starting as soon as possible. Supervisors take over lessons when teachers are absent and otherwise give in-class support, overseeing set work and pupil behaviour. The role suits someone considering teaching as a career, and experience of working with young people in a classroom is desirable rather than required. Fit depends on GCSE maths and English at grade 4 or above and an enhanced DBS check, and visa sponsorship is not available.
