Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a motivated Leisure Team Leader for our Mainstone, United Kingdom site. You will work alongside the Leisure Club Manager to ensure the clubs run smoothly, keeping members happy through efficient processes and a commitment to customer excellence.

You’ll lead a team of fitness-focused staff, motivate them to push boundaries, and oversee operations from poolside to gym floor, driving high levels of member satisfaction and career development in a fast-paced leisure
