Position: Leisure Receptionist

About the Role

Our Leisure Receptionist creates the first impression of our Village experience. Your friendly greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive. We want you to make it memorable!

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet members and guests on arrival with a friendly personality and a 'can do' attitude.
2. Be the first point of contact by phone, providing excellent customer service.
3. Get to know our members to enhance their experience and ensure they enjoy all Village life has to offer.
4. Meet, greet, take bookings, resolve queries, and keep members happy daily.
5. Create happiness through service, not just act as a receptionist.
