With a friendly personality and a 'can do' attitude, you'll greet members and guests on arrival and be the first point of contact by phone. You'll ensure top-notch customer service, meet members' needs, and handle inquiries effectively.
You love to chat and understand what makes a great customer experience, so you'll get to know our members and help them enjoy all that Village life offers.
Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting members, taking bookings, resolving queries, and maintaining member satisfaction.
