Job summary

Crieff Hydro Limited seeks a dedicated lifeguard to oversee our Leisure department's two pools, fitness studio and gym. You’ll ensure pool safety, assist guests, and help keep the leisure facilities clean and welcoming.

Applicants should be strong swimmers with pool environment experience and ideally a full Pool Lifeguard qualification (STA and NPLQ accepted), or willing to work toward one. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Experience in a customer service environment and high personal standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Pool Plant Operations and daily pool tests.
• Pool lifeguarding and supervising staff on shift.
• Thorough cleaning of the leisure club.
• Assisting guests with any requirements during their stay.
• General reception duties and monitoring of outdoor areas.
