Overview

Leisure Operative role at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport, operated by Klarent Hospitality. This permanent, full-time position offers early morning, evening and weekend shifts (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Leisure Operative will provide exceptional service to members and guests in the health club.
• Meeting and greeting members and guests at the health club reception desk.
• Managing and assisting with membership enquiries.
• Helping guests on the gym floor, supervising the pool, and general cleaning of the facilities.
• Working within Health & Safety, COSHH, and statutory legal obligations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitors and supervises the pool.
