The Role:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests in the health club
• Greet members and guests at the health club reception
• Manage and assist with membership inquiries
• Assist guests on the gym floor, supervise the pool, and maintain cleanliness of facilities
• Follow health & safety, COSHH, and legal obligations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and supervise the pool area
