You’ll lead a team of fitness-minded crew to ensure you’re getting the very best out of the people around you. Responsibilities

• Support the Leisure Club Manager to keep clubs running smoothly and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Ensure efficient processes and a dedication to customer excellence across all club operations.
• Lead and motivate fitness and operations teams to achieve high standards and continuous improvement.
• Provide seamless operations across key areas, including poolside management and gym floor coaching.
