Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
- Greet and welcome guestswith a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer phone callsand direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with inquiriesabout club services, memberships, and facilities.
- Manage bookings and reservationsfor club activities and services.
- Maintain accurate recordsof guest interactions and transactions.
- Handle payments and process transactionsfor memberships,
services, and equipment rentals. - Ensure cleanliness and organizationin the reception area.
- Coordinate with other departmentsto fulfil guest requests and ensure smooth
operations. - Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance their
