  • Customer Service Champion: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any concerns or complaints with care and professionalism.
  • Marketing Magic: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the club.
  • Team Communication: Conduct regular staff meetings to keep everyone up-to-date on club policies and procedures.
  • Safety First: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of members and staff at all times.
  • Recruit and Train: Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members, helping them integrate smoothly into the team.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and member feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.
