Our members have high standards for their fitness experience. You'll be dedicated to making it memorable and enjoyable. Expect a varied night shift involving cleanliness, hygiene, guest experience refinement, and pool area care, including responding to poolside alarms.

The Role

• Cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club
• Full security checks during the night to ensure club security and member safety
• Maintain full and up-to-date knowledge of the NOP & EAP
• Apply training and knowledge of leisure night audit procedures to company standards
• Develop understanding of security and emergency procedures and execute them properly
• Maintain high operational standards regarding service, hygiene, and safety, minimizing wastage
• Assist the Hotel Night Team as needed
• Attend fire training every 3 months and other required H&S training
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and convey relevant information
• Handle complaints politely and resolve issues promptly; escalate when necessary
