Job description

Our dynamic leisure centre is currently seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Supervisor to oversee our facility's operations and staff. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring the centre is run effectively and efficiently, you'll lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in managing a leisure or fitness centre.
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in developing and promoting new and existing activities and services to maximize customer participation.
• Required to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), but training can be provided if not currently qualified.

Additional Information

This role is subject to a DBS check and requires the right to work in the UK. The position includes a swim test as part of the interview process, assessing swimming and water safety skills.
