Job summary

JDR Recruitment is recruiting a Cleaner to work at a leisure centre in Dalkeith, Edinburgh. The role covers cleaning reception areas, changing rooms, gym and studios, sports halls, offices, and poolside areas where applicable.

You will undertake routine cleaning, restocking supplies, and adhering to COSHH and health and safety guidelines. Shifts include 6am-1:30pm, 6:30am-2pm, 9am-4pm, and 2:30pm-10:30pm with 3-5 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the leisure centre (reception, changing rooms, gym, studios, halls, offices).
• Carry out routine cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waste disposal, sanitising surfaces.
