Job summary

Parkwood Leisure in Droitwich is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital projects across leisure centres, theatres, and golf courses. You will manage fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out work while ensuring minimal disruption to operating facilities and maintaining high brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a construction Project Manager with live-environment refurbishments.
• Experience in leisure sector projects and MEP installations.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management preferred; CIOB/RICS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of capital projects with master schedules and phasing.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, operations, and architects/engineers.
• Govern P&L, monitor spend, manage risks; oversee procurement incl. FF&E.
• Maintain zero-defect QC and ensure Building Safety Act and CDM compliance.
