A leisure facility provider in Scotland is seeking a part-time Leisure Attendant to oversee the daily operations, focusing on lifeguarding and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must have a valid Pool Lifeguard qualification and relevant experience. Additional benefits include a pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.

This is a part-time post; the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked.
The postholder will be responsible for the general day-to-day frontline operation of the leisure facility, with a focus on lifeguarding pools and water features, control of public health and safety, assisting with event and hall setup, and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of facilities.
They will undertake a range of duties with flexible, variable daily needs. The Leisure Attendant will contribute to providing an effective, efficient, and quality service, ensuring customer-focused service delivery, and achieving objectives, financial targets, and performance standards within the establishment.
Candidates must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard or equivalent qualification. Previous experience is required.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Adults and Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Membership with the PVG scheme is essential.
