PAY AWARD PENDING.

This is a part-time post; the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked.

The postholder will be responsible for the general day-to-day frontline operation of the leisure facility, with a focus on lifeguarding pools and water features, control of public health and safety, assisting with event and hall setup, and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of facilities.

The role requires undertaking a range of duties with flexible, variable daily needs. The Leisure Attendant will contribute to providing an effective and efficient, customer-focused service, ensuring the achievement of objectives, financial targets, and performance standards within the establishment.

Applicants must hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard or equivalent qualification. Previous experience is required.

Requirements

This post is considered Regulated Work with Adults and Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Membership with the PVG scheme is essential.

Responsibilities
