Job summary

John Milton Academy Trust is seeking a Leisure Assistant to provide operational support in the School Sports Centre. You should be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.

Additional hours may be available on an ad hoc basis, including cover for staff and school holiday lettings. A safeguarding culture and a supportive team environment are emphasised, with a closing date of 21 September 2026.

• Experience working in a Sports Centre.
• First aid qualification desirable.

Job description

We are looking for a Leisure Assistant who can provide operational support in the Sports Centre. You should be highly motivated individual, who is customer focussed and has good communication skills with an eye for attention to detail. Experience working in a Sports Centre and a First aid qualification is desirable but not essential.

Additional hours (e.g. covering staff and school holiday lettings) may be available on an ad hoc basis.
