What You’ll Do

As aLeisure Activities Assistant, you will:

  • Lifeguardourindoor
    and/or outdoor swimming pool/flume (depending on qualifications)
  • Lead & Monitor Activities, ensuring
    guests have a fantastic experience
  • Facilitate a Variety of Leisure Activities,
    includingsports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure games, dance
    & fitness classes, and climbing wall sessions
    (depending on
    experience/qualifications)
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service,
    assisting owners and visitors with any leisure-related needs
  • Ensure a Safe & Clean Environment,
    following allHealth & Safety guidelines
  • Assist with Opening & Closing of Leisure
    Facilities
    , maintaining a well-organised space

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking anenthusiastic, team-oriented
individual
who enjoys working in a fun, active environment. Ideally,
you’ll have:

  • Avalid NPLQ certificate(preferred
    but not essential)
  • Afriendly and proactive approachto
    guest engagement
  • Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
  • The ability towork well with othersand
    independently
    follow safety protocols
  • NPLQ, Plantroom experience, and First Aid at Work
    qualifications would be of benefit
