Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Leicester is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to handle order picking and voice-picking with training provided. Roles include use of mechanical equipment, some light lifting, and adherence to SOPs and safety policies. Permanent opportunity with weekly pay and benefits is offered.

Shifts include AM, PM and Night with salary brackets and overtime rates; starts are immediate with ongoing work and a staff canteen and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions and work to SOPs.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order picking products.
• Picking using a voice automated system - training provided.
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
• Will include some heavy lifting (max 5 kg).
• Work to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.
