Bloomsbury Football Foundation is expanding its Communities programme to Leicester. As the first hire in the city, you will launch sessions, coordinate delivery across schools and camps, and build partnerships with local schools, authorities and community organisations.

You will manage schedules, maintain data, and ensure high-quality sessions while upholding safeguarding values. The role offers entry-level banding with growth prospects within a mission-driven charity.

• Essential: experience coordinating youth programmes within Leicester and knowledge of the local community.
• Essential: excellent organisational skills for scheduling, resources and multi-location tasks.

Responsabilités

• Launch the Communities programme in Leicester, collaborating with the London team to start sessions.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across schools, community sessions, and holiday camps, ensuring quality sessions.
• Manage schedules and resources across facilities, coaches, and partners.
• Maintain accurate performance data and safeguarding documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to amplify impact and support BFF’s goals.
