Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree from a leading university.
• Experience coordinating youth programmes within Leicester or local community.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules across locations.

Responsibilities

• Launch the Communities programme in Leicester and coordinate day-to-day delivery across schools, sessions, and camps.
• Manage schedules, resources, and partnerships to meet quality standards.
• Maintain performance data and documentation to support safeguarding and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to grow the programme and achieve foundation goals.
• Use data and feedback to improve participant experience and programme impact.
