Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is partnering with a growing water compliance business to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor covering South & West Yorkshire. You will inspect hot and cold-water systems, identify risks and produce clear, practical reports for diverse sites including commercial, industrial and public sectors.

The role offers a high degree of independence, with responsibility for diary management, client relationships and delivering compliant water systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across client sites.
• Inspect domestic hot and cold-water systems.
• Identify risks such as stagnation, dead legs and poor temperature control.
• Produce accurate and professional reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Manage your own diary and workload effectively.
