Job summary

TWC Services in Reading is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will conduct compliant risk assessments across commercial and industrial sites, reporting findings to clients in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274.

You will survey hot and cold water systems, recommend corrective actions and produce clear, professional reports while managing your diary and workload with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience completing Legionella risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Experience with hot and cold water systems.
• Ability to produce professional, technically accurate reports.
• Experience in water hygiene monitoring or servicing.

Responsibilities

• Complete Legionella risk assessments across commercial and residential properties in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 and guidance.
• Survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce clear, accurate risk assessment reports and update schematics where needed.
• Manage diary and workload with professional client communication.
• Occasional water hygiene service work including temperature monitoring, sampling, flushing and tank inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and follow company procedures.
