Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £38k + Training & Benefits

We are seeking a hardworking Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands, to cover a range of new commercial, local authority and public sector contracts. You will be joining a leading Legionella / Water Hygiene outfit, who has a national presence and a busy portfolio. Due to the growing nature of the company, there may be a requirement for travel to client sites as well as great training potential. Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must have strong experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems
2. Will be qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
3. Able to work in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
4. It would be beneficial to have hands-on plumbing / water hygiene experience
5. Will have experience working across a range of client sites
6. IT literate
7. Good written ability
8. Flexible to travel when required

The Role:

1. You will be conducting Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 standards
2. Predominantly working on domestic hot & cold systems
3. Writing detailed reports to identify risks and recommendations for remedial duties
4. Meeting with clients on site to discuss findings and answer technical questions
5. Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
6. Representing the company in a professional manner
7. Working to agreed timescales
