Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems
• Qualified with City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
• Hands-on plumbing or water hygiene experience is advantageous
• Experience across diverse client sites
• IT proficiency and good written communication skills
• Flexible to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in compliance with ACOP L8 standards
• Focus on domestic hot & cold water systems
• Prepare detailed reports with risk assessments and remedial recommendations
• Engage with clients on-site to discuss findings and technical issues
• Perform water sampling and temperature monitoring as required
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to deadlines
