Profile

Our client is a leading name within the legionella / health and safety industry, providing commercial, educational, healthcare, retail, and industrial clients with the full range of legionella services across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Swindon area. The ideal candidate will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc qualification in Legionella risk assessing and will have extensive experience in carrying out risk assessments on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Portsmouth, Gosport, Bournemouth, Winchester, Salisbury, Waterlooville, Fareham, Eastleigh, Andover, Poole, Wareham, Hampshire, Basingstoke, Aldershot, Worthing, Crawley, Horsham.

Experience & Qualifications

• Will have good working knowledge of ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Will hold extensive experience working within the Legionella / Water treatment industry.
• Will ideally hold the City & Guilds / WMSoc qualification.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.

Role Responsibilities

• Undertaking legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Undertaking temperature testing and water sampling.
• Undertaking surveys of water systems.
• Using information from site to provide clients with derailed reports and schematic drawings.
• Building and maintaining goof working relationships with clients.
