An established property risk and compliance consultancy is looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its growing Water Hygiene team in the North of England.
This role is focused on helping clients understand and manage water hygiene risk clearly and safely. You will be carrying out Legionella risk assessments across a varied client base, producing practical reports and recommendations, and giving clients the technical guidance they need to stay compliant.
This is a strong option for someone who wants more than a diary full of site visits. The role offers varied work across different property types, proper technical support and a business that invests in training, development and long-term progression.
You will be joining a consultancy with an established property compliance focus and a growing Water Hygiene team, giving you the chance to build specialist experience while working with clients across healthcare, education, commercial and residential settings.
The package also includes funded training and development, funded professional memberships, annual salary reviews, wellbeing support, on-demand GP access, sick pay and 24 days' holiday, including your birthday and a Christmas shutdown.
You will carry out Legionella risk assessments in line with COSHH, ACoP L8, HTM 04-01 and BS 8580-1:2019. You will produce schematic drawings and client reports, set out clear recommendations and help clients understand what they need to do to reduce and manage risk.
You will need previous experience carrying out Legionella risk assessments and an approved Legionella Risk Assessment qualification, such as City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc or equivalent.
