Job Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers for a Legionella Remedial Plumber position within our Mobile Division in Birmingham. You will perform monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing tasks across various client sites, ensuring compliance with the Legionella control programme outlined in the Water Technical Manual.
What we are looking for: Experienced Commercial Plumbers in the FM sector, with experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment preferred. Basic IT skills, preferably with the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is a minimum requirement.
Main Duties: Carry out plumbing tasks according to the Approved Code of Practice L8, represent the company positively during client visits, maintain water safety logbooks, and document water samples in accordance with the Water Technical Manual. Complete all relevant documentation promptly and perform water system cleanings and disinfections following regulatory guidance.
