Responsibilities

  • Booking in and co-ordinating projects for Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial clients.
  • Allocating work to site staff, arranging accommodation when required.
  • Liaising with site staff to confirm information on reports.
  • Finalising reports prior to submitting to clients.
  • Maintaining excellent professional relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring internal databases are up to date and accurate.
  • Providing clients with invoices and purchase orders upon completion of work.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Carrying out effective document control.
  • Providing support to internal management.

Job description

We are working closely with a multi‑disciplined Environmental Consultancy who specialise in providing Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial clients with the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services. They are now seeking to employ a Legionella Administrator / Co‑ordinator to join their busy and expanding team within the Yorkshire region. You will be booking in and co‑ordinating projects for their longstanding client base, alongside finalising reports, raising invoices & purchase orders, and liaising with clients to maintain excellent rapport predominantly over the phone.
