The Liverpool Law Society seeks a Legal Training & Event Manager to oversee its training programs and events. This hybrid role involves managing all aspects of event planning, conducting marketing, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational, marketing, and communication skills, as well as experience in event management within the legal or professional sector.

Liverpool Law Society is looking to appoint a Legal Training & Event Manager. You will be in charge of the Society’s legal training programme, identifying and arranging open courses for solicitors, barristers, legal executives, paralegals and others working in the legal sector. You will manage the entire process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on.
You will also arrange business networking events, both formal and informal, on occasion. With both legal training events and other events, the Society works with sponsors and it would be a key element of your role to maintain excellent relationship with third parties and fulfil the sponsorship agreements.
You will be in charge of producing the marketing for the Society’s legal training events & other activities across digital and social media platforms, with assistance from colleagues, and other duties as befit a professional membership organisation.
