We are recruiting for a Legal Technology Analyst to join our FutureLaw team. The role can be based at one of our UK offices: Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester.
Your Role
- Assist the FutureLaw team in transforming legal services through technology, including promoting and championing legal tech within the firm and with clients.
- Help manage the FutureLaw Legal Tech programme, including the introduction, design, implementation, and support of legal technologies.
- Become a subject matter expert in the firm's legal tech stack.
- Support daily operations and management of the tech stack.
- Identify and analyze client needs to improve legal processes using technology.
- Assist in client projects involving legal technology solutions, including scoping, assessing, and designing solutions.
- Develop understanding of key legal tech products and their capabilities.
- Support the design, configuration, and development of prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the tech stack, such as user administration and reporting.
- Maintain documentation for the tech stack.
- Advise colleagues on appropriate technology to improve processes and client experience.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to develop relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user queries regarding the tech stack.
- Collaborate with other teams like Knowledge Management, IT, and InfoSec.
- Assist in bids, proposals, and delivery involving legal technology.
- Monitor and evaluate the legal tech market, including ROI assessments.
- Manage relationships with legal tech vendors.
- Support education and training on FutureLaw products and services.
- Network with clients and legal tech communities to stay informed on trends.
- Promote legal technology benefits within the firm.
- Act as an advocate for TLT FutureLaw both inside and outside the firm.
Your Skills and Experience

- Experience with LegalTech solutions or related technologies is advantageous.
