Overview

Legal Technologist

We're looking for a qualified lawyer (NQ+) with a passion for innovation and technology to join a leading full-service law firm. You'll help bridge legal expertise and emerging tech, embedding AI, automation, and no-code solutions to improve service delivery and client outcomes. Working with lawyers, clients, and the Transformation Team, you'll lead projects, pilot AI tools, and shape strategies that give us and our clients a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to define and deliver innovation priorities.
  • Identify and implement AI and tech opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Lead transformation projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using no/low-code platforms.
  • Engage directly with clients, embedding technology into their legal work.
  • Contribute to our collaboration with universities to advance legal education and practice.
Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer with corporate/commercial experience.
  • Strong interest in LegalTech, AI, automation, and no-code tools.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with MS365, process automation, and project management.
  • Skills in data analysis/visualisation (Power BI, SQL) desirable.
