Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Edinburgh is seeking a Legal Support Team Leader to oversee support across two established practice areas. The role focuses on coordinating workloads, guiding a team of Legal PAs, and shaping a more efficient, technology-enabled service for fee earners and clients.

You will balance resources, mentor staff, and help drive the ongoing development of the team in a collaborative environment. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on legal support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Background in legal secretarial, Legal PA or wider legal support roles, ideally with property-related work.
• Experience guiding, mentoring or supervising colleagues, with an interest in helping others develop.
• Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage changing demands and deadlines.
• Forward-thinking approach to improving processes and introducing new ways of working.
• Interest in legal technology and how AI can support a more efficient service.
