Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to provide precise support across the Legal Team, including Commercial, Planning, Litigation & Contracts. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide precise legal support to the wider Legal Team including Commercial, Planning, Litigation & Contracts and reporting to the Legal Practice Manager.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of legal support which includes the sealing of legal documentation, allocation of matters across the teams, processing and submitting single justice procedure documents to court, compiling court bundles, maintaining the Legal Case Management System and help with retaining & storing legal documentation.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
