What you'll do
This is a superb opportunity to either build on your existing legal support experience or gain valuable exposure in a professional legal environment.
In this role, you'll:
- Be part of our market-leading Succession and Tax team.
- Provide full legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
- Set up new matters and ensure compliance with internal risk procedures.
- Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, always delivering clear and professional service.

What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, whether you're an experienced LSA or a graduate with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in the legal sector. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience supporting a team in a legal or professional services environment (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, organised, and methodical approach to your work.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
