To support the launch of their new Legal Division, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in their Legal Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients in the legal sector, including law firms, in-house legal teams, and corporate clients across the north west.
  • Proactively sourcing and screening high-caliber legal candidates, including solicitors, barristers, paralegals, and legal executives
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to thoroughly understand their specialist area of law, skills, experience, and career goals
  • Matching the right candidates to the most suitable job opportunities
  • Providing a consultative, customer-focused service to both clients and candidates
  • Maintaining an extensive network of legal professionals and expanding this network through active business development
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant, within the legal private practice sector
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and placing high-caliber legal professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Resilience, determination, and a proactive, target-driven approach
  • Knowledge of the local legal market in Warrington and the surrounding areas
  • Legal industry-standard qualifications (desirable but not necessary)
