The Role: Looking for a Legal Secretary to provide support within the Wills, Trust & Probate Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within the firm
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, including correspondence, contracts, and court forms
  • Organise and maintain legal files and databases
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
