What you’ll be doing

  • Document Preparation & Management
    Draft, type, and store legal documents with accuracy
  • Diary & Appointment Management
    Schedule meetings and track important dates
  • Client & Solicitor Communication
    Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Case & File Administration
    Maintain organised client files and assist with archiving
  • General Office Support
    Provide additional office support as needed
  • Confidentiality & Compliance
    Uphold confidentiality and industry regulations

What we’re looking for
