The Role:

• Provide dedicated secretarial support to family/matrimonial solicitors
• Prepare legal documentation including divorce petitions, affidavits, court bundles and correspondence
• Handle confidential client communication and maintain detailed file notes
• Audio typing/digital dictation and accurate document production
• Diary management, court listings, and booking counsel or experts
• Liaise with courts, social services, and third parties
• Ensure discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive family issues
