We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy and friendly Insurance & Regulatory team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern and growing firm.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors and fee earners. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling file opening/closing and compliance procedures.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Audio typing.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a legal secretary role.
  • Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A professional and friendly manner, with good client care skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to work.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
