Job Description

Our client is seeking a candidate to join a team serving designated fee earners. The ideal candidate is educated to A-Level or equivalent, technically minded, with strong admin skills, good typing speeds and accuracy. Experience working in a legal environment is preferred, but we are also happy to consider very strong Secretarial/PA candidates with prior legal experience, as well as more junior candidates seeking to move into the legal field.

The candidate should be a good team player with strong communication and organizational skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  1. Diary management, booking meetings, equipment, and catering.
  2. Dealing with phone and conference calls.
  3. Typing, file management, and archiving.
  4. Assisting with conflict checks.
  5. Checking expense claims.
  6. Proofreading and checking documents.
  7. Ensuring data accuracy, including contact profiling and updating partner and fee earner contacts.
  8. Supporting marketing and business development activities, such as updating contact lists, adding contacts to LinkedIn, and maintaining partner biographies and social media profiles.
